Although the view from Three Bears isnt as spectacular as the view from Serenity, the staff and booking specialists are fantastic! They care about the needs of the guests and endure that you have everything you need for a fabulous time! We really enjoyed the cabin. We stayed in Three Bears cabin. Just as we finished unloading i heard a noise and turned around to see a mama bear about 6\' from me. A friend was still at the car so i told her to stay in the car until the bear left. Then as she retreated, we saw her two cubs with her. So we saw three bears at Three Bears cabin. We saw them several days in a row and got video out the window of the two cubs. There were bear prints right on the porch and steps of the cabin. The cabin had a good supply of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. My only critique would be that a trash can is needed in the downstairs bathroom, more than two trash bags should be supplied, and lastly i wish the foliage was less dense in order to have a better view on the back porch. The trees are so tall you can\'t see very far. The place was very quiet.

Our stay at Crimson Cabin was an amazing beautiful experience. The cabin was so clean and just absolutely beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our time here together and we hope to return in the future. The cabin view of the mountains is breathtaking and the jacuzzi at night looking up at the stairs was also breathtaking. It snowed while we were there so my grandchildren were able to see snow for the first time so we made many memories together. Staff was very helpful to alert us when it was not safe to leave yet until the roads were clear. Gatlinburg was not far at all and the location was very convenient and the price was also good. The pictures online are beautiful but when you arrive in person it’s just so much more then we expected. If you need a get away and to enjoy the mountains I highly recommend this place.

The Cabin view was as advertised. The beds were comfortable enough and we really enjoyed the pool table (even though it was missing the correct balls to complete the set and several of the balls were chipped). The cabin had insufficient cookware in my opinion (we purchased a large stock pot and left it in hopes future families can use it). We purchased several spices, since the only spices left were two salt shakers, and again left them in hopes future visitors can use them (I was always taught with cabins leave them more stocked than when you arrived). This is by no means a complaint, the cabin was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. I do wish they would’ve provided more blankets to cozy up on the couch (it was mostly below 30 degrees when we visited). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to enjoy the peace and quiet the cabin provides. I may be off in my thinking but hopefully we left the cabin better suited for the next guests.
